Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, and software development kits, can perform comparable functions. In this policy, we refer to all of these technologies as cookies.

3. How we use cookies

We use cookies to operate and secure our website, remember your choices, understand how visitors use the site, improve performance, and measure the effectiveness of our communications. We do not use cookies to sell personal data.

Google Ads conversion-measurement cookies help us determine whether a visitor reached our website through one of our own Google Ads and later completed a defined conversion, such as booking a call. Google's conversion linker may store ad-click information in first-party _gcl_* cookies (such as _gcl_aw) and browser local storage. This information can include the Google Click Identifier (GCLID), which identifies the campaign and other attributes of the ad click, together with the conversion event, so the result can be attributed to the relevant campaign. We use these technologies for conversion measurement and campaign attribution only, not for remarketing or personalized advertising. They are non-essential and are enabled only after the required advertising-storage and advertising-data consent has been provided.

Page counts without cookies. We count page views with PostHog without cookies or local storage. Each request uses a new random identifier and includes the page path and site environment, without query parameters or a visitor profile. PostHog also receives network metadata, including the IP address used to send the request; cookieless requests are not necessarily anonymous.

What we keep in your browser. Your cookie choice (grasp-consent) is remembered for 180 days before we ask again. On the booking page, whether our assistant’s voice is on (grasp.voice) is also kept in local storage. The details of a booking you just made are kept for the tab only, to show them on the thank-you page.

We use strictly necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing a secure and functional website. We use non-essential cookies only with your consent where required under applicable law. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the core website.

6. Managing your choices

Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and may set a security cookie when it checks that a form is sent by a person. Google Tag Manager loads the tags described in this policy. Cal.com provides the calendar on our booking page and may set its own cookies inside its frame when you pick a time. Where providers act on our behalf, they are subject to appropriate data protection obligations. International transfers are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Data collected through cookies

Depending on your choices, cookies may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, interaction events, consent status, and identifiers used to distinguish browsers or sessions. We do not use website cookies to collect passwords or the contents of customer systems.
