Eight weeks. Six steps. A result you can check.
We measure where your hours go, rebuild what costs the most, together with your people, and prove what changed.
Your finance team confirms it: 54 hours back, every week.
Your eight weeks with us.
Your leadership sets the direction.
Week 1
One conversation with us: what must be true in a year, and what worries you about AI.
“In twelve months, every client gets a clear answer within a working day. AI does the paperwork; people check it.”
Your leadership, in its own words. Confirmed by the CEO.
An AI interviewer listens to every team.
Weeks 1 to 2
By voice or chat, whenever it suits them. Every sentence keeps its source.

Walk me through what happens when an application comes in.

Half of all applications arrive without a payslip or ID, and we chase every one by email.
You see where the hours go.
Weeks 2 to 3
Every workflow drawn and timed, checked by your people, on one page.
You choose what changes first.
Week 4
We propose the two or three that cost the most. You see each new version, and decide.
We build it next to your team.
Weeks 5 to 7
In the tools your people already use, tested on past work first. Every run is logged.

Your finance team confirms the result.
Week 8
Measured again, the same way. Your CFO confirms before it counts.
Confirmed by your CFO, for this one workflow
A team at your side, and one person who owns it.
Your sprint lead is your one contact, from the first conversation to the result. Behind them, our specialists map, build and measure the work with your people.
The rules we keep.
- Every number has a source and a date.
- Estimated numbers and measured numbers are never mixed.
- We measure processes, never people.
- Freed time is not saved money. Your finance team confirms.
- Every workflow has an owner at your company.
After week 8, you choose.
Another sprint with us
Four more weeks, on the workflows your team picks next.
Continue on your own
Your owners run it, and the numbers keep coming in.
Either way, we measure the result again in week 12.
Common questions
What do we need to prepare?
Nothing. We prepare from your website and public information. Leadership joins one or two conversations and three short meetings.
Which systems do you connect?
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with the permissions you approve. The interviews and your own lists are enough.
How many workflows do you change?
Two or three per sprint. We propose, you choose. More will not go live well in three weeks.
What if the result does not hold?
You see before and after for every workflow, confirmed by your finance team. Gains we cannot verify yet are marked provisional and measured again in week 12.
Does our works council need to know?
Yes, before we check in with employees or add an assistant to a team channel. We measure how work runs, never individuals.
