MCP servers, in view.
An MCP server is a connection that lets an AI tool read or change another system. You see which AI tool reaches which system, what it may read or change, and who uses it.
Grasp Govern is the add-on to Grasp Work. See every AI tool your people use, decide on each one, and keep the record.

Each tool gets an owner and a decision. A blocked tool loses its access to your company accounts, and people hear why.

You choose the models, an owner approves every workflow, and every run is logged.
Grasp staff reach your data only when you approve it, and every access is logged.

A small app on company laptops. During working hours it shows which apps and AI tools are in use, so you can decide on them and see where people need help. It does not record screens, keystrokes or what people type.
Yes, for tools people sign in to with their company account: Grasp removes that access through your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra. Other tools are flagged, and people see your rule.
No tool can do that on its own, and Grasp does not map you to the EU AI Act or ISO 27001. It keeps every AI tool and every decision on record, with its sources.
