Most AI projects end as a slide deck. On Monday, the work runs the way it did.

One workflow, from 48 minutes to 13.

The work as it runs today.

Drawn

Every step, who does it and how long it takes. Client onboarding: 48 minutes a client.

The new version, next to the old one.

Designed

Which steps AI takes over, and where a person still checks. About 13 minutes a client.

Tested on past work first.

Tested

It runs on real files from the past weeks. When the results look right, the owner approves go-live.

Live, with every run on record.

Live

It runs in the tools your people already use. Every run is logged.

Measured again, the same way.

Measured

So you know what changed, and your finance team can confirm it before it counts.

A person checks where it matters.

Every step is automated, done by AI with a person checking, or left with a person. You see which before anything goes live.

Then the next one. And the one after.

Every workflow stays in Grasp. What we learn in one makes the next one faster.

  • An owner at your company

Each workflow has one person who approves changes and answers for it.

  • Its numbers, kept up to date

Hours a week before and now, measured the same way every time.

  • The next sprint starts ahead

Grasp already knows your teams, your tools and how the work runs.

Once it is live, you see what it changed.

What your team uses every day.

The work, the numbers and the next improvements, in one place.

Ask it anything about your work.

Where the hours go, or how a process runs. Answers come from what your teams said, with sources.

Every run on record.

Each run, approval and model call, newest first. Nothing is left out.

Only the apps you connect.

Which apps Grasp may use, and what it did in each. Nothing more.

You choose the models.

Claude by default, or your own keys for other providers. Your data never trains a model.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our tools?

No. Workflows run in the tools your people already use. Grasp connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and to other apps, with the permissions you approve.

Who builds the workflows?

We build the first ones with your team during the sprint. After that, you choose the next ones and build them with us or on your own.

Can we use Grasp Work without a sprint?

It starts with a sprint, because Grasp Work is only useful once your work is in it. After that your team keeps using it, with or without another sprint.

Where does Grasp Govern fit?

It is an add-on to Grasp Work, for when AI spreads beyond the workflows we build. It uses what Grasp already knows about your teams, tools and workflows.

Which AI models does Grasp use?

Your admin chooses which models may be used, and which data each one may see. Every model call is logged, with who or what triggered it.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, ours or anyone else's.

AI is ready. Is your organisation?
